These Terms govern your use of SABloan's services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
SABloan is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and facilitator — NOT a bank, NBFC, or lending institution. We help compare car loan offers, submit applications, and assist with documentation. The final decision on loan approval, interest rate, and disbursement rests solely with the partner bank/NBFC.
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, with valid PAN and Aadhaar, and a stable income source.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, truthful information. Providing false information may result in rejection and reporting to credit bureaus. You authorize SABloan to share your information with partner banks/NBFCs, obtain credit reports, and contact you via phone/WhatsApp/email/SMS.
Initial consultation, loan comparison, and application submission are typically FREE. Any applicable charges will be disclosed upfront. Banks may charge processing fees (typically 0.5%–1%) — these are bank charges, not SABloan charges.
SABloan does not guarantee loan approval, specific rates, disbursement timelines, or specific cashback amounts. We are not liable for decisions made by partner banks, delays caused by banks, or indirect/consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed ₹10,000.
You may not submit false information, use the service for illegal purposes, or impersonate others.
Contact care@sabloan.in first for amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Place: Udaipur, Rajasthan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
SABloan offers cashback up to ₹50,000 on eligible new car loan disbursements through our partner banks/NBFCs.
To qualify: application submitted through SABloan official channels, results in successful loan sanction and disbursement, meets minimum loan amount, and is a NEW car loan (not refinance, top-up, or used car).
₹3-5 Lakh loan: up to ₹5,000 | ₹5-10 Lakh: up to ₹15,000 | ₹10-20 Lakh: up to ₹25,000 | ₹20-40 Lakh: up to ₹40,000 | Above ₹40 Lakh: up to ₹50,000. Actual amount determined at sanction based on bank chosen and customer profile.
Cashback credited within 30-60 days of disbursement, directly to your bank account.
Cashback above ₹15,000 may attract TDS. Customer is responsible for declaring cashback in their ITR.
Cashback is forfeited if, within 12 months of disbursement: loan is foreclosed, defaults occur, fraud/dispute arises, customer cancels, or misrepresentation is found.
Not eligible: used car loans, refinancing/balance transfers, top-up loans, commercial vehicle loans, two-wheeler loans.
SABloan reserves the right to modify cashback amounts, add/remove eligible banks, change criteria, or withdraw the offer with notice.
