Rajasthan's scheme to help young people start their own business. The State pays back 100% of the interest, gives margin money and covers the credit guarantee fee. SABloan helps you check eligibility, prepare the project report and get the loan sanctioned.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (MYSY) was announced by the Government of Rajasthan in January 2026 and runs until 31 March 2029. Its aim is to turn one lakh young people into entrepreneurs. Under the scheme, youth who want to start a manufacturing, service or trading micro enterprise can take a bank loan of up to ₹10 lakh, and the State Government reimburses 100% of the interest. The Department of Industries & Commerce runs the scheme through the District Industries & Commerce Centre (DIC) in each district, and applications are made online on the Rajasthan SSO portal.
The maximum loan depends on your education and the type of business.
| Education | Manufacturing | Service / Trade | Margin money |
|---|---|---|---|
| Graduate / ITI / higher | Up to ₹10 lakh | Up to ₹5 lakh | 10% of project cost, max ₹50,000 |
| Class 8 to 12 pass | Up to ₹7.5 lakh | Up to ₹3.5 lakh | 10% of project cost, max ₹35,000 |
*Interest is reimbursed by the State Government as per scheme rules, on the first loan sanctioned under the scheme. Margin money is released only if the enterprise runs continuously for at least 2 years.
The State pays back the full interest on your loan. On a ₹10 lakh loan over 5 years at about 10%, that is roughly ₹2.7 lakh of interest you don't bear.
10% of the project cost, up to ₹50,000 for graduates/ITI and ₹35,000 for Class 8–12 pass.
The State pays back the annual credit guarantee fee, so the loan can be given without collateral.
Repay over up to 5 years, with a moratorium of up to 6 months while your business starts.
Short-term training courses through the Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC).
Use the loan to start a new enterprise or to expand an existing one.
Not covered: commercial vehicles costing over ₹15 lakh, mining, real estate, banned products, and activities run by NGOs or trusts.
