SABloan is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and car loan facilitation brand. We help customers connect with Government Banks, Private Banks, and NBFCs for new car loans. We are not a bank or lending institution.

2. Information We Collect

We collect: name, mobile number, email, city/state, employment type, monthly income, car details, and loan requirements. When you proceed with a loan, we also collect KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, ITR, photographs) via WhatsApp or other channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process your loan application, share details with partner banks/NBFCs (with your consent), communicate about your application, provide customer support, and comply with applicable laws.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share your information only with partner banks and NBFCs (with your consent) and trusted service providers (CRM, email). We do NOT sell your personal data for marketing.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security including encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We will notify you within 72 hours of any breach affecting your data, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Data Retention

Active applications: until sanctioned/rejected. Sanctioned loans: 7 years (RBI guidelines). Rejected applications: 90 days. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal requirements.

7. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your data, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints. Email care@sabloan.in with subject "Privacy Rights Request" — we respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice.
